The Fisherman’s Bastion is one of the handful of Budapest attractions that can be visited all day, and are open any time, including days of Christmas or New Year in Budapest. The Fisherman’s Bastion terraces and lookout towers are also open every day even on national holidays / religious holidays.
In other words, the terraces and balconies of Fisherman’s Bastion as a Budapest attraction – the lookout terrace – are open nonstop, all year round, from January to December. The opening hours of the attraction include every single day of the year, regardless of weather conditions, Hungarian public holidays, or other special days in Budapest, Hungary.
In rainy or snowy weather you can hide under the arcades.
